A. SCHEDULED INSPECTION & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
- Scheduled property visits (monthly or quarterly) with a photo report after every visit
- Preventive checks: leaks, termites, moisture, electrical and plumbing systems, and air conditioning
- System cycling, ventilation, and garden care for homes left vacant for extended periods
B. REPAIRS & IMPROVEMENTS
- Repairs on request, with every quotation approved online before work begins
- Later-stage improvement and extension works, delivered by the same team as Move-In Ready
- Home insurance claim coordination when damage occurs
EXPENSE & TENANT MANAGEMENT
- Payment of common-area fees, utilities, and land-and-building tax on the owner’s behalf
- Tenant care: move-in/move-out inspections, rent collection, and repair coordination (for rental properties)
- Monthly expense and property status reports by email or online dashboard
