B. BUILDING EXTENSION & RENOVATION
- Kitchen, garage, awning, additional rooms, or extended living space — with structural work supervised by licensed engineers
- Building modification and extension permits handled with the authorities, in full compliance with the Building Control Act
- Whole-house renovation of resale homes: structure, roofing, electrical and plumbing systems, floors, walls, and paint
- Rectification of defects identified in our home inspection reports (directly connected to the Due Diligence service)
MAKING THE HOME MOVE-IN READY
